شاید بارها شده که تصمیم به جدایی بگیرم اما هربار وقتی گشتی در این دنیای دستنوشته هایم میزنم میبینم که واقعا خالی از لطف دوستان نیست و همین مایه افتخار من هست که بازهم شروع کنم به ادامه مطالب باز هم میخوام بنویسم و بنویسم از هرچه که میدانم ممکنه روزی به درد بخوره

رئیس این گروه تحقیق و ترمیم جسد یکی از بزرگترین دانشمندان فرانسه بنام پروفسور موریس بوکای بود که برخلاف سایرین که قصد ترمیم جسد را داشتند، او در صدد کشف چگونگی مرگ این فرعون بود. تحقیقات پرفوسور بوکای همچنان ادامه داشت تا اینکه نتایج نهایی ظاهر شد: بقایای نمکی که پس از ساعتها تحقیق بر جسد فرعون کشف شد دال بر این بود که او در دریا غرق شده و مرده است و پس از خارج کردن جسد او از دریا برای حفظ جسد، آن را مومیایی کرده اند. اما مسئله ی غریب و آنچه باعث تعجب بیش از حد پروفسور بوکای شده بود این مسئله بود که چگونه این جسد سالمتر از سایر اجساد باقی مانده است در حالی که این جسد از دریا بیرون کشیده شده است.

پروفسور موریس بوکای در حال آماده کردن گزارش نهایی در مورد کشف جدید (مرگ فرعون بوسیله غرق شدن در دریا  و مومیایی جسد او بلافاصله پس از بیرون کشیدن از دریا ) بود که یکی از حضار یادآور شد که نتیجه تحقیق مطابق با نظرمسلمانان در مور غرق شدن فرعون است. ولی موریس بوکای بشدت این خبر را بعید دانست. او بر این عقیده بود که رسیدن به چنین نتیجه ی بزرگی ممکن نیست مگر با پیشرفت علم و با استفاده از امکانات دقیق و پیشرفته. در جواب او یکی از حضار بیان کرد که قرآن قصه غرق شدن فرعون و سالم ماندن جسد او بعد از مرگ را خبر داده است.

حیرت و سردرگمی پروفسور دوچندان شد و از خود سوال می‌کرد که چگونه این امر ممکن است؟ با توجه به اینکه این مومیایی در سال 1898 کشف شده است، در حالی که قرآن قبل از 1400 سال پیش پیدا شده است! در حالی که نه اعراب و نه هیچ انسان دیگری از مومیایی شدن فراعنه توسط مصریان قدیم آگاهی نداشته و زمان زیادی از کشف این مسئله نمیگذرد!

موریس بوکای مدتها در مورد سخن دوستش فکر میکرد که چگونه قرآن درمورد نجات جسد بعد از غرق سخن می‌گوید در حالی که کتاب مقدس آنها از غرق شدن فرعون در هنگام دنبال کردن موسی سخن میگوید، اما از نجات جسد هیچ سخنی به میان نمی آورد. او با خود میگفت آیا امکان دارد این مومیایی همان فرعونی باشد که موسی را دنبال میکرد؟ و آیا ممکن است که محمد هزار سال قبل از این قضیه خبر داشته است؟ او تورات و انجیل را نیز بررسی کرد اما هیچ ذکری از نجات جسد فرعون به میان نیاورده بودند. پس از اتمام تحقیق و ترمیم جسد فرعون، آن را به مصر باز گرداندند ولی موریس بوکای خاطرش آرام نگرفت تا اینکه تصمیم به سفر به کشورهای اسلامی گرفت: جایی که یکی از مسلمانان این آیه را برای او تلاوت نمود:

این آیه او را بسیارتحت تآثیر قرار داد ... و او به دین  اسلام ایمان آورد. موریس بوکای با تغییرات بسیاری در فکر و اندیشه و آیین به فرانسه بازگشت و سالها در مورد تطابق حقایق علمی کشف شده در عصر جدید با آیه های قرآن تحقیق کرد و موردی از آیات قرآن را نیافت که با حقایق ثابت شده علمی تناقض داشته باشد. وبر ایمان او به کلام الله جل جلاله افزوده شد

در نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران سطح توقعات مردم از نظام بسیار متفاوت تر از نظامهای سکولار دیگر در دنیا است به این شکل که در این نظام مردم خودجزئی از نظام بودند و با نظام خودرا بیگانه نمی دانستند.

اوایل انقلاب توده ی مردم در مقابل نظام خودرا مسئول دانسته و طبق سفارش «کلکم راء و کلکم مسئول عن رعیه» عمل می کردند.جوش و خروش انقلابی و دشمن مشترک و شکستن نظام بت ارباب و رعیتی وطاغوت زمان؛ حرمت یافتن طبقه ی متوسط باعث عقب نشینی

طبقه ی ظالم برای مدتی ازصحنه شد .مسولین ادارات و نهادهای دولتی در برخورد با مراجعه کننده گان خواستار حل مشکلات و پیگیری آن بودند . تا جایی که در محل کار خود نمی نشستند و به روستا ها و......جاهای دیگر رفته و مشکلات را حل می کردند.یک حالت اعتماد میان مردم و مسئولین نظام در تمامی سطوح مشاهده می شد. اما به تدریج زمان که گذشت، عده ای با برداشتن نظام تحقیق و گزینش وعدم سخت گیری سوابق افراد« بعلت سوء استفاده از این بند و ظلم کردن ها و خصومت های شخصی بعضی از این بند » باعث شد که قوانین متمایل تر شده و افرادی به نظام های مدیریتی نفوذ کنند که سابقه ی دیرینه با نظام داشته و یا نظام را قبول نداشتند .... طرز برخورد اینگونه افراد در طی سالیان طولانی باعث شد که هرچه مسئولین مردم را در انجام نظام بورو کراسی گرفتار می کردند، یواش یواش جدایی میان مسولین بیشتر می شد و مردم خصومت پیدا می کرد به نظام جمهوری اسلامی چرا؟ چون سطح توقع مردم از نظام خیلی بالا بود و این حرکت خزنده بود.تغییر قوانین و معتدل شدن آن به سمت و سوی نظامهای سکولار دنیا و قوانین نظام بین المللی به خاطرجنبه ی وجهه در دنیا کمی می بایست تغییر پیدا می کرد. چون نظام دیگر خود را در خطر تهدید داخلی که بواسطه ی همکاری توده ی مردم به ان دست یافته بود نمی دید . بنابر این باید حقوق بشر اسلامی هم رعایت می شد و به دنیا می فهماند که اسلام به حقوق جهانی بشر توجه دارد. مقوله ی آزادی مطلق که مطرح شد کار را مشکل تر کرد .چرا ؟ چون تعریف نشده بود که در بهترین شکل نظامهای سکولار دنیا آزادی مطلق وجود ندارد بدین شکل که وجود قانون خود بخود آزادی مطلق را از مردم می گیرد و آزادی مطلق در حکومت ها معنا ندارد. و مرزجنبه های آزادی ،آزادی سیاسی ،آزادی در مقابل بیگانگان(استقلال)- آزادی مدنی – و آزادی مالکیت مشخص نشد .و این شعار استقلال آزادی برای توده درست تفسیر نشد. و این شد حربه ای بر علیه نظام . تبلیغات سوء بیگانگان در ارسال خبرها و تغییر سمت وسوی دیدگاه مردم به سوی دروغ مسولین به مردم روح نقاد نوجوانان را اقناع نکرد وبا کوچکترین مشاهده دروغ اعتماد آنان نسبت به مسولین کمتر شد. ایجاد شکاف در صفوف روحانیون و جنگ قدرت در رسیدن به مسولیتها و با خبر شدن مردم از این وجهه دوگانه ی بعضی از روحانی نماها دیدگاه مذموم ثروت و مقام شکسته شد و مردم کم ایمان تر شده و دیدگاه آنان نیز به جمع آوری ثروت و رسیدن به مقام تغییر پیدا کرد . جمیع این عوامل دست به دست هم دادند تا عوامل خارجی هم زمان باتشدید اختلافات در سطوح بالا دست و خبر ساز شدن آن در میان مردم مخالفان نظام جرأت بیشتری پیدا کنند و صفوف به هم ریخته ی خود را منظم تر کرده و بالاترین مقام ولایت فقیه و اسلام را هدف قرار دادند اما این بار در لباس دوست. مورد دیگری که لازم بود به آن اشاره شود که چگونه بعضی از معاندین انقلاب در لایه های مدیریتی نفوذ کردند حرکت در لایه های انتخابات هم ریاست جمهوری و هم انتخابات مجلس شورای اسلامی بود . بدین شکل که از نمایندگان بخصوصی که احتمال قبولی آنان بیشتر بود خود را نزدیک کرده و آنچنان با این نماینده گان ارتباط داشتند و برای آنان تبلیغ می کردندکه نماینده قبولی خود را مدیون اینگونه افراد می دانست و متاسفانه نمایندگان هم از این قضیه غافل بودند و به شکلهای مختلف آنان را همراهی و پشتیبانی می کردند تا جایی که مقامهای مهمی را به آنان واگذار می کردند و چون مورد تایید نماینده بودند دیگر از فیلتر گزینش هم خبری نبود بنا بر این مدیر شدند بعضی . و با اهمال و سستی و عدم رسیدگی به توده و غرق کردن مردم در نظام بورو کراسی باعث نارضایتی مردم از انقلاب و نظام شد و این گونه شد که شعار تغییر و نارضایتی گروه معاند جان گرفت.

طرد افراد لایق وکار آمد که خود علاقه چندانی به مدیریت تحمیلی نداشتند . و حاضر نبودند که برای رسیدن به این مقام خود را بر دیگران تحمیل کنند .نیز از عوامل باز شدن جای پای مسولینی بود که صد نفر را واسطه می کردند تا شاید به این مقام ها دست یابند قطعا این چنین مدیری شایسته ی خدمت به مردم نبود .چون هدفش از پیش تعیین شده بود.و به قول معروف نان به نرخ روز خور بود

استفاده از این نظرات و دیدگاهها و طرح انها اگر منبع گفته شود اشکالی ندارد.

بحث آزادی مقوله ای است که ابعاد آن از زاویه های مختلف باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد معمولا در هرکجا که چند نفری با هم باشند . در تاکسی ها اتوبوس ها هنگام استراحت کارکنان یک اداره و....معمولا حول و حوش مسائل آزادی مباحثی عنوان می شود و هریک از دیدگاه خود برای آزادی معانی مختلفی در نظر می گیرد. جوانی که داخل یک تاکسی نشسته بود می گفت که استقلال آزادی .......و برای آزادی تعابیر مختلفی داشت . و نگران بود از جنبه های مختلفی که به قول خودش مورد بازخواست گرفته بود . از مدل مویش گرفته تا.............و این بود آزادی یک نوجوان .

اما از دیدگاه جامعه شناسان برجسته اروپایی همچون مون تس کیو که سالهای سال از عمر خود را مصروف آزادی نموده به نتایج بسیار جالب و خیره کننده ای رسیده که جنبه های مختلف آزادی را به اقسامی که در ذیل می آیدمورد بررسی قرار می دهد.

آزادی داری اقسامی است.

همچون آزادی یک ملت در برابر بیگانگان که مرادف استقلال باشد و آزادی مدنی میان افراد یک ملت که هرکس به تساوی از قوانین حقوقی و مدنی برخوردار باشد.و دیگر آزادی شخصی وآزادی مالکیت، اما آزادی سیاسی به خصوص مهم است و آن بنا به تعریف مون تس کیو آزادی در تمام اعمال و اقداماتی که قانون به افراد اجازه می دهد .

پس آزادی آن نیست که هرکه هرچه دلش خواست بکند. ، زیرا آزادی مطلق در محیط بشر که به موجب قوانین به هم پیوسته اند ممکن نیست چه بسا این نوع آزادی در باره یک فرد مخل آزادی فرد دیگری خواهد شد. پس آزادی حدی داردو آن حد قانون است در نهایت قوانین باید از روی سنجش و مطابق مزاح و تمدن هرکشور تدوین گردد.
